The goal of the Transplant Nutrition Conference is to provide state-of-the-art information on the science and practice of transplant nutrition to solid organ transplant dietitians and other transplant professionals. The workshop offers continuing education lectures on current adult and pediatric topics, and is appropriate for both the entry level and the advanced practice transplant dietitian and provides content to maintain required competency in transplant nutrition

At the conclusion of the 2-day Transplant Nutrition Workshop, the attendees will be able to: - Identify best practices for transplant dietitians in the management of adult and pediatric candidates, recipients, and living donors
- Discuss emerging trends in transplant nutrition including ERAS, mobile kitchens in transplant clinics, and marijuana/CBD use after transplantation
- Understand the application of frailty assessments and the concepts of pre-habilitation and re-habilitation
- Have an opportunity for interaction and network building with your peers
